Bill’s insight into human behavior coupled with his experience as a trainer-facilitator-coach enables him to help individuals and organizations break through the barriers that prevent them from achieving personal performance goals and process solutions.

His training career began with Global Relationship Centers Inc. (GRC), an international professional development company. While there, he led assignments throughout North America as well as internationally.

He continued as a consultant with GRC but began work at The University of Florida’s Health Science Center. At UF he designed, developed, and delivered training programs on team building, negotiation, leadership, and communication and emotional intelligence for executive leaders, physicians, and hospital staff.

From there he began his work as a consultant with Eckes & Associates, Inc.(EAI) a world class international lean six sigma coaching and consultant organization. At EAI Bill provided six-sigma project management and support from design through implementation.

Bill earned his graduate degree from the University of Denver and his undergraduate degree from Metro State University. He completed the U.S. Navy’s elite Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL and was a member of UDT-21/SEAL Team 8.

Bill has been published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, and was a contributor to the book, “Shape Up Your Program! Tips, Teasers & Thoughts for Type Trainers”.
